so tomorrow I am going to meet with a wonderful women in Atl who has 2 dogs she need adopted. She saw my add on craigslist saying I was looking for a small fur baby. I am hoping I will fall in love with one, or maybe, God forbid, both.
there names are Toby and Rudy

Rudy is 5 months old and is a cavapoo cavalier king Charles/poodle mix

My question to all my wonderful readers is does anyone have any experience with these sorts of dogs? any tips or pieces of advice?

Sorry, girl. No experience with animals other than birds & fish! I can tell you one thing, though: if they are babies, they will love to chew, need training, and will have potty problems for a little bit. We can't have dogs in our apt. off base, but on base, that will begin a new argument on pets. I don't really want one mostly b/c I don't want to have to worry about leaving them all alone when we're both gone all the time for work. Also, if I were you, I would not officially adopt until after I get the job. But that's just me! Good luck. Those are ADORABLE pictures. Maybe google their personality to find out what you're getting into? I've heard you've gotta get a dog with a similar personality to yours for the best pet!
Girl, take them BOTH home! Let me know if you have questions. Our little Eve Belle turns one on Monday and it has been the best 9 months of my life!!!! Just make sure you're ready and know the expenses that will come up. That's my only advice!
