Pink & Green & Teal?

well today is thursday. I havnt heard anything from UWG which really bumms me out. Id like to hear something, either yes we want you, or no. Just so I know. The whole waiting for ages is killing me! I also havnt even gotten an

** phones ringing **

and it was someone calling about a senator thing... but she works at UWG and so I might just go an visit her :)

and I just got a voice mail that I got a package, so maybe today is looking up :)

well if thats wasn't a look into my conscious and the way my brain, Im not sure what is.

well back to the begining of this post. I havnt gotten an email from any of the 30+ jobs I have applied for. Just a simple, we got your resume and are looking over it, or we dont want you, anything would be wonderful. Its just stressful because all I can do all day is wonder if they lost my resume or what. Just not a good feeling.

so I know today is thursday and that means it should be a pink and green post, but today its not, its  a TEAL post.

Bumpkin on swing, a wonderful blogger, passed away from ovarian cancer. Its a very sad story, but many of her followers are trying to do their part. A foundation called TEAL TOES has been brought to my attention and their goal is to spread the word about this disease.

30 Days of me - Day 12

day 12- how you found out about blogger and why you have one

well 3 years ago, I was a junior in college and I started to date this nice guy Adam. He had and iPhone and I was super jealous. So that summer some jerk broke into my car 2 days before I was leaving for Mexico and stole my fabby coach purse and everything in it, including my ipod. Lets just say I was livid. So when I got home from Mexico and I had spoken to my insurance company, I had gotten $2500 worth of stuff stolen (jewelry and the car window included). So of course I got like $600 :( and I was really bummed out. My dad decided it was time to treat me to a new phone, so we went to the mall at 6am to get an iPhone 3G. I was in love from day one.

So I dated Adam and he was always on his silly phone and I asked him what he was doing and he said tweeting. Now this was way way way before twitter was big. So I signed on and got my own account. There were no celebs on it yet, there were only a very few people. I went back to school and tweeted like it was my job. I followed one person who had a blog and decided to start me own.  Of course, none of my friends had twitter and the next summer I worked full time at a day care so I didn't have the time or energy to be on twitter, so I sort of just stopped.

Over the 2 years Ive had it, its been called a lot of different things. I didn't really stick to it, but now I really enjoy it. I hope to really keep it up. Ive been doing good so far I hope :)

Labor Day Post

 So today is labor day and I have done a lot of labor. I spent 2 hours this morning cleaning and organizing JABs  bedroom as one of his birthday gifts. I collected 4 loads of laundry and popped the vacuums cheery (they hadn't used it since they moved in over a month ago). I need to go back and put up all his decorations but I'll do that when he's there to tell me where to put things.
