TGFW

Thank God For Work

I finally got out of the house today. I got to go to work and it was wonderful! Yes, working was wonderful! Just to be out of the house, dressed (ok I wore pj like clothes) to be around other people it was excellent!

Now as we were sitting there this morning, debating if anyone else was going to make it in, a few of us did, Amber realised that we have a 3 day work week this week and a 3 day weekend. Normally that would be amazing, this weekend I'm worried its gonna be super boring! I have NOTHING to do, and after 2 days cooped up in the house with nothing to do I just cant face 3 strait days with nothing to do!

I need to find a hobby, that's isn't shopping! I want to start volunteering with my high school theater program but I know I cant start that this weekend.

I need to find something useful to do with myself! I need to make some new friends or go on a date or something!''

So to you, my wonderful readers, what do you suggest I do this weekend? Know of something fun going on in Atlanta? Know of a fun group of people doing something? Know a cute boy?

Help me out here people!

Hmmm... pottery painting? Some kind of fun crafty thing? Or dig into a good book. That always passes the time so easily for me! :-) Enjoy the down time!

I HATE when you get free time in bunches and it is nothing but boring.

How about seeing a movie? That way you're out of the house... Or go grocery shopping and make yourself a super special delicious meal. It's surprising how fun (and how much time) it can take when you plan a special menu, search for the best ingredients and then enjoy it!

I wish I had suggestions, but we are pretty boring and I am home ALL the time it seems - can't even pretend to shop cuz it's just the grocery store and the BX. And all our friends are leaving us soon (in the next 2 months) and heading somewhere else, so we are in the same predicament!

Is there a book you have been wanting to read? Yep that is about my only suggestion unless you pick a craft and start learning how this weekend.

I think your new hobby should be looking around Atlanta for the real housewives! I love them! I want to meet them! lol
